Job Summary :
The QA/QC Engineer (MEP) is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control systems, in compliance with the company's quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the MEP QA/QC Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements;
- Ensure mechanical, electrical and plumbing works comply with quality standards, drawings, and project specifications;
- Conduct routine and special site inspections for MEP installations;
- NCR Management - Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct trainings and provide technical support and guidance to junior QA/QC engineers/supervisors;
- Attend quality meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports for Management or Stakeholders;
- Assist in Internal and External Quality Audits for MEP related matters;
- Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Skill & Requirements
- Education: Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or construction related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of building and/or mechanical/electrical engineering experience. Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would be an added advantage.
- Completed at least 2 building/civil projects.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of quality requirement of International Standards, industry norms and contract specifications
- Quality Management Systems – ISO 9001
- Knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical works
- Experience in Data center Testing and Commissioning would be an added advantage
