Senior QC Executive

Requirement :

• Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22000 and HACCP required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee quality assurance in a central kitchen serving Kopitiam Chain Restaurants.
• Driving ISO 22000 certification and ensuring Halal compliance.
• Lead quality audits, manage safety protocols, and conduct staff training on quality standards.
