Job Description
· Develop, implement, maintain and monitor quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
· Perform routine quality inspections, product sampling and testing (e.g. chemical, physical, etc.) to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, warehouse & operations, CS, etc.) for daily task and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Maintain thorough documentation and record-keeping of quality control activities, test results, and reports.
· Handle equipment calibration to ensure schedules are carry out timely.
· Monitor the temperature and humidity condition throughout the warehouse storage environment.
· Prepare and present detailed quality reports (e.g. MRM) highlighting trend analysis, quality related issue, task progress and recommending actions to HOD.
· Manage relationships with external parties (e.g. manufacturer, suppliers, etc.) to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
· Analyze and report on product defects, discrepancies and non-conformities.
· Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related issues & complaints, working closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to identify root cause and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
· Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to quality control issues and monitor its effectiveness.
· Address customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
· Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering quality products/services.
· Perform Ad Hoc task from HOD.
Job Requirement
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experiences in quality assurance or quality control role within food industry, manufacturing or product development sector.
· Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.).
· Proficiency in MS Office, quality management software and related tools.
