About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about quality, automation, and delivering flawless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive QA engineering best practices across the engineering function
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Vendor teams to ensure a high-quality digital banking experience
- Design, create, and execute both manual and automated test suites
- Develop and maintain test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Issue Lists)
- Promote automation practices aligned with QA strategy
- Maintain and enhance in-house automation/testing tools
- Design and communicate test solutions clearly to all stakeholders
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Document all test steps and results
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years hands-on experience with Robot Framework or Karate Framework (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of overall QA experience
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
- Experience with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, etc.
- Strong in API testing and automation
- Experience in mobile testing (Android/iOS)
- Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Agile/Lean development methodology experience
