Job Responsibilities
- Quality Management Representative (QMR) for the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance withIATF 16949/ISO 9001requirements.
- Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and corrective actions using8D Problem Solving.
- Lead quality planning activities for new products, includingAdvanced Product Quality PlanningandProduction Part Approval Processdocumentation.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor production quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Lead & coordinate NPI activities.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum5 years of experience in Quality Engineeringwithin a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with automotive quality tools such asFailure Mode and Effects Analysis,Statistical Process Control, andMeasurement Systems Analysis.
- Experience inIATF 16949environment will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
