We are hiring for three senior roles to support our expanding operations:
1. Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Sr Supplier QE)
Role Description:
- Lead supplier quality management, including audits, performance evaluations, and qualification of new suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to ensure components meet stringent quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and monitor incoming quality.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve supply chain issues and enhance reliability.
- Support PPAP, APQP, and risk management processes for supplier-delivered materials.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably in electronics or precision manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC) and standards (ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication skills for supplier negotiations and cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience with audit processes and data-driven decision-making.
2. Senior Quality Management System Engineer (Sr QMS Engineer)
Role Description:
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Lead internal/external audits, management reviews, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
- Develop and monitor quality metrics, drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure process compliance across manufacturing.
- Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and support risk-based decision-making.
- Train teams on QMS procedures and foster a culture of quality excellence.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
- 5+ years in QMS roles, with experience leading ISO 9001 certifications or audits.
- Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, process mapping) and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with documentation/control systems.
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) preferred; excellent leadership and training abilities.
3. Senior Environmental Health & Safety Engineer (Sr EHS Engineer)
Role Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response planning.
- Promote a safety-first culture through training, hazard identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor environmental impacts, waste management, and occupational health programs.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate EHS into manufacturing processes and support sustainability goals.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, ideally in electronics or high-tech environments.
- Knowledge of Malaysian EHS regulations and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
- Strong skills in risk assessment, auditing, and training delivery.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional or equivalent) a plus.
