Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for development and construction projects.
Prepare tender documents, including Bills of Quantities.
Conduct tender evaluations and analyses.
Provide recommendations for award decisions.
Manage contract-related matters, including preparation of interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
Ensure all contract documentation and processes follow industry standards and internal policies.
Track project expenditures and cash flow to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee all aspects of cost planning, evaluation of claims, and contract management.
Ensure timely reporting and adherence to contractual requirements.
Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure and building project management.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, tendering, and project cost control.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in property development is a plus
