Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Cost Control and Cost Management skills
- BOQ preparation and Cost Planning skills
- Cost Reporting expertise
- Experience with Glodon Cubicost Building Information Modeling (BIM) software system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is a plus
