Responsibilities
PRE-CONTRACT STAGE
- Preparation and submission of documents for pre-qualification of bidders.
- Attend tender briefing and site visit with the Contract Manager / Senior Contract Manager.
- Preparation and submission of tenders.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.
- Assist Contract Manager / Senior Contract Manager in budget setting.
DURING CONSTRUCTION STAGE
- Preparation and submission of monthly progress payment.
- Review, recommend, certification and Check and Balance of sub-contractor's payment.
- Attend site evaluation / joint measurement.
- Preparation and submission of variation order and contractual claims.
- Measurement and record keeping.
POST-CONTRACT STAGE
- Preparation of final measurement.
- Preparation of final account.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 8 years of working experience in construction field.
- Overseas experience will be an added advantage.
- Willing to be base outside from Klang Valley or be posted overseas.
