Senior Recruiter (Manufacturing for Blue Collar)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing recruitment team at our client, a leading manufacturer in Selangor. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and screening top talent to support the company's diverse client portfolio. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Selangor.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for a range of client roles
2. Screening applications, conducting interviews and assessments to shortlist the most suitable candidates
3. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future recruitment needs
4. Providing a exceptional candidate experience, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
5. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and deliver the best possible talent solutions
6. Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and results
7. Sharing industry insights and best practices to enhance the company's recruitment capabilities

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the manufacturing ( Electrical and electronics/ chemical ) industry
2. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and candidates
3. Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-calibre candidates across a range of roles and levels
4. Excellent interviewing, assessment and selection skills to identify the right fit for each role
5. Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
6. Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry
7. Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred
