Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned business portfolios, acting as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to align hiring strategies with business goals, workforce planning, and organisational priorities
Proactively advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies to ensure informed decision-making
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels, including passive candidate outreach
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support long-term hiring needs
Monitor and manage recruitment performance metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally on employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with Hiring Managers and HRBP
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of hiring portfolios and deliver against targets with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and translate insights into actions
Highly organised with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
