The Role
We're looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who can open up the engineering and manufacturing sector for Ental. You'll bring your existing client relationships in manufacturing and leverage Ental's platform and tools to grow a high-performing desk from day one.
You'll be joining a team of 6 consultants, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with real influence over the direction of the business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of manufacturing clients across Malaysia, leveraging your existing network and relationships
- Run full 360-degree recruitment from business development and client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and C-suite decision-makers in manufacturing
- Source and place mid-to-senior level roles across manufacturing disciplines (operations, production, quality, supply chain, engineering)
- Contribute to Ental's growth strategy you'll have a seat at the table, not just a KPI sheet
- Mentor and support junior consultants as the team scales
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 35 years of recruitment experience with a proven billing track record
- An existing book of business or strong client relationships within the manufacturing sector in Malaysia
- Demonstrated ability to win new clients and grow accounts independently
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, market dynamics, and salary benchmarking in the Malaysian market
