• Handle end-to-end recruitment (BD + sourcing)
• Build long-term relationships, not quick transactions
• Advise candidates honestly on their career moves
• Work closely with teammates instead of competing internally
• Grow your desk with guidance, trust, and autonomy

• With at least 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency
