PositiveLinks Asia is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya.
The Role
We partner with Southeast Asia's growth-stage companies to deliver recruitment, contracting, HR advisory and HR outsourcing that make a measurable difference. As a Senior Consultant, you'll own a 360 desk end to end, from winning clients to closing placements, and bring the judgement that comes with experience to build a specialisation and support the team around you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships from business development through to long-term partnership.
- Run the full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, offer negotiation and closing.
- Build a specialised talent network in your industry or function.
- Hit and exceed placement and revenue targets consistently.
- Share market insight and best practice with junior consultants on the team.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in360 recruitment or agency search, with a track record of billings.
- Confidence managing client relationships independently, from pitch to placement.
- A specialisation or clear industry focus you want to keep building.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A mindset that's driven, results-focused and genuinely people-oriented
