JOB SCOPE:
Drive and deliver business objectives (sales, activity and quality targets) for the assigned region/cluster in line with company and bank partner priorities.
Lead, motivate, coach and mentor Area Business Manager (ABM) and/or bank sales advisors to achieve consistent performance.
Build a strong sales capability through structured training, field coaching and development plans ensure high standards of product knowledge, advisory quality and professionalism.
Establish a high-performance culture grounded in integrity, customer-centricity and compliance strengthen engagement and retention of the sales force.
Plan and manage people resources (recruitment, selection, onboarding, deployment and succession) to ensure healthy headcount and productivity.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank partners and internal stakeholders to drive joint business plans, campaigns and service excellence.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own regional sales performance (APE/NBP, product mix and activity metrics) and ensure delivery of targets and strategic priorities.
Translate business plans into execution: set clear direction, cascade goals, monitor progress and drive timely corrective actions.
Lead talent development: coaching, performance management, competency uplift and career progression for ABMs within the region.
Drive recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to build a sustainable, productive sales force with healthy manpower and engagement.
Strengthen bancassurance partnership execution: work closely with bank branch/segment leaders to plan joint activities, improve referral flow and embed a harmonized working culture.
Ensure strong governance and compliance with all regulatory, bank and company requirements (advisory process, documentation, sales conduct, TCF and data privacy).
Analyze regional performance, pipeline and conversion identify gaps and execute action plans to improve productivity and quality outcomes.
Drive product and campaign execution: communicate propositions clearly, ensure readiness of sales force and track results against objectives.
Manage customer and bank escalations within the region coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and service recovery where required.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, forecasts and management reports provide insights and recommendations to Sales Management and key bank stakeholders.
Support organizational initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as required, including projects, process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Degree in any discipline.
b. Experience
Minimum 8 years sales management experience in the financial industry.
c. Knowledge
Strong products knowledge especially in insurance.
