About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Regional Marketing Executive to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading go-to-market (GTM) marketing activities for a key client in the financial industry, with a focus on both their B2C (Retail) and B2B (Partnerships) segments in a key regional market. You will play a crucial role in building the brand and driving growth across the region by executing impactful marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM marketing plans for new product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives within the B2C and B2B sectors of the financial industry.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement for the client.
- Content & Asset Development: Create compelling marketing content and assets, including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases, that resonate with the client's target audiences in Malaysia.
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop and implement co-marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns that support business development goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all marketing activities, providing clear insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute regional events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Brand & Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with the client's brand guidelines and are compliant with local financial regulations, maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for both B2C and B2B segments.
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
