The Regional Sales Head will be a key hire to deliver sales by developing strategies and efficiency in operations for effective achievement of set KPIs. This position will oversee marketing, sales, mortgage and administration units accordingly.
Key Responsibilities include :
Sales Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned projects to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to shape effective sales tactics.
- Work with the marketing team to design and implement regional campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across Southern Malaysia (e.g., Johor, Melaka, etc.).
- Set clear KPIs and performance objectives, ensuring regular performance reviews and ongoing coaching for team members.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the sales team.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies.
- Drive customer-centric sales strategies, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address escalated client concerns and ensure smooth post-sale processes.
Business Development & Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, partners, and investors to grow the company's portfolio.
- Stay informed of market conditions and competitor activities, recommending adjustments to strategies as necessary.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Manage and report on sales forecasts, ensuring accurate tracking of targets and goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline, and opportunities.
- Oversee budget management and sales expense controls for the region.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales processes comply with local property regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the accurate preparation of contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the property market, particularly in Central and Southern regions. Candidates with a demonstrated history of success in real estate agency sales and management are preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel within Malaysia frequently as required by business needs.
