Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the CBBC segment to expand the client base and increase market share.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on clients to assess creditworthiness and propose suitable financing solutions.
Structure and negotiate complex financing deals, including loans, trade finance, cash management, and other treasury products, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to cross-sell banking products and services, maximizing client profitability and wallet share.
Monitor and manage credit risk exposure of the client portfolio, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential issues.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored financial advice.
Prepare and present credit proposals and business reviews to senior management and credit committees.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the corporate banking sector.
Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including AML/CFT requirements.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management, with a proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio.
Strong understanding of corporate financial products and services, including loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
Excellent credit analysis skills and ability to structure complex financing solutions.
