About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Senior Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will manage and deepen relationships with large corporate clients, drive loan and balance sheet growth, ensure strong asset quality, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver holistic banking solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening client loyalty, supporting business expansion, and maintaining the overall health of the corporate portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value corporate and institutional clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.
- Proactively identify and assess client financial requirements, offering suitable RHB Bank products and services, including corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, and other investment products.
- Drive new business acquisition through effective prospecting, networking, and cross-selling initiatives within the assigned client segment.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on client accounts to assess creditworthiness and propose appropriate financing structures.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to clients, articulating the value proposition of RHB Bank's offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit risk, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve client queries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets and key performance indicators.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking or commercial banking within an established financial institution.
- Preferably a Certified Credit Professional or a candidate who has passed Omega's Credit Skill Assessment (CSA).
- Strong marketing, business development, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, organized, and equipped with strong relationship management capabilities.
