Senior Relationship Manager, Family Office

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our Family Office team at RHB Asset Management. In this role, you will play a key part in helping achieve the sales targets set by the Regional Head, Family Office, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. You will be responsible for delivering tailored financial, investment, and personal solutions to meet the complex and evolving needs of these clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the Relationship Director in the delivery of bespoke services and comprehensive solutions to UHNW clients
• Assisting in the management of client relationships to ensure their wealth is effectively managed, minimizing risks of complaints, financial losses, or litigation
• Contributing to the development and execution of business processes to enhance client experience and streamline operations within the Family Office
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps and improve service offerings across the Family Office business
• Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including those set by Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission Malaysia, and Bursa Malaysia
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism to protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank, and the Group

What We're Looking For

• At least 5–7 years of experience in a Private Banker or Relationship Manager role
• Relevant experience in Private Wealth and Family Office environments
• Well-connected within the UHNW segment
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong people management capabilities
• Proven sales acumen with strong client service orientation
