Job Description

Sales Planning & Activities

  • Develop and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using the Bank's lead management system (LMS) as well as self-sourced leads.
  • Actively participate and collaborate with sales personnel at PBC, branches, and regional teams on sales activities and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide investment and wealth advisory services to customers, assisting them with effective portfolio management.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customers investment portfolios to enhance their asset under management (AUM).
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customers product holding ratio (PHR) and overall revenue.
  • Arrange appointments, conduct sales visits, and engage in prospecting and customer engagement activities.

Sales Management

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Heads on sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and monitor sales performance reports and competitor analyses for Management.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and the sales code of ethics.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and IPPC licenses.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in wealth management and bancassurance within financial institutions.
  • Pleasant personality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of all relevant licenses required for the role.
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
