Develop and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using the Bank's lead management system (LMS) as well as self-sourced leads.
Actively participate and collaborate with sales personnel at PBC, branches, and regional teams on sales activities and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
Provide investment and wealth advisory services to customers, assisting them with effective portfolio management.
Conduct periodic reviews of customers investment portfolios to enhance their asset under management (AUM).
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customers product holding ratio (PHR) and overall revenue.
Arrange appointments, conduct sales visits, and engage in prospecting and customer engagement activities.
Sales Management
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.
Work closely with the Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Heads on sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
Prepare and monitor sales performance reports and competitor analyses for Management.
Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and the sales code of ethics.
Job Requirements
Degree holder.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and IPPC licenses.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in wealth management and bancassurance within financial institutions.
Pleasant personality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possession of all relevant licenses required for the role.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
