To assist in executing business plans, strategies, and business development to achieve the branch and bank's corporate segment targets.
To market and cross-sell the bank's products in accordance with prescribed policies and guidelines to expand the branch's customer portfolio.
To provide high-quality customer service to both new and existing customers.
To build and maintain strong relationships with other banks, business counterparts and associates, fostering a positive corporate image and identifying potential business opportunities.
To keep abreast with the market conditions and competitors product offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Ensure strict compliance with regulations from Bank Negara Malaysia, other regulatory bodies and ICBC Head Office's Policy, Procedures and Manuals (PPM) as issued from time to time.
Be primary responsibility in managing compliance risks inherent in the day-to-day activities, processes and systems for which it is accountable.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Head of Branch and/or Senior Management of the Bank.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least a Bachelor degree in finance, banking, accounting or equivalent from a reputable university. Possesses with professional credit certification such as PCC, CCE, BCP or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in corporate banking business of banking/ financial institutions.

Strong credit and marketing knowledge.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
PC literate preferably in Windows Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, etc).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (both verbal and written).
