About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Replenishment Planning Manager to lead replenishment planning activities across multiple markets in a fast-paced, regional supply chain environment.
This role is responsible for driving short- and mid-term replenishment planning, inventory optimization, supply continuity, co-packing planning, and exception management while ensuring alignment with demand, supply, and inventory strategies.
As part of a major supply chain transformation program, you will play a key role in building a more agile, data-driven, and standardized planning organization by implementing best practices, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing end-to-end visibility across the supply network.
Key Responsibilities
Replenishment Planning & Inventory Management
- Lead short- and mid-term replenishment planning activities across multiple markets.
- Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, inventory policies, lead times, minimum order quantities, and supply constraints.
- Ensure timely and accurate intercompany ordering and inventory replenishment.
- Monitor inventory projections and stock coverage levels to proactively manage supply risks.
- Drive inventory optimization while maintaining targeted customer service levels.
Supply Risk & Exception Management
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and operational disruptions across the network.
- Develop scenario-based recommendations and prioritization strategies during supply constraints.
- Lead escalation management and cross-functional decision-making to balance customer service, inventory, and cost objectives.
- Collaborate closely with planning and supply teams to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
S&OP and Cross-Functional Planning
- Lead replenishment planning inputs into monthly S&OP and supply review processes.
- Align replenishment plans with demand forecasts, inventory policies, product lifecycle plans, and production capacity assumptions.
- Support scenario planning, business reviews, and decision-making through data-driven analysis.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, Master Data, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive alignment.
Co-Packing & Product Lifecycle Planning
- Develop and manage co-packing plans in partnership with Marketing, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners.
- Ensure timely procurement of packaging materials and dry goods to support execution requirements.
- Monitor co-packing activities and adjust plans in response to business needs.
- Lead product phase-in/phase-out (PIPO) planning to minimise excess and obsolete inventory exposure.
- Drive inventory optimization throughout product lifecycle transitions.
Regional Hub Replenishment Operations
- Lead replenishment planning activities supporting regional distribution and export operations.
- Work closely with logistics partners and 3PL providers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory deployment.
- Drive cost-to-serve optimization through consolidated planning and order management.
- Ensure inventory availability while balancing working capital and operational efficiencies.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion planning excellence and process standardization initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new planning tools, governance structures, and replenishment methodologies.
- Develop and enhance planning SOPs, KPIs, and best practices.
- Lead and coach a team of replenishment planners to build capability and improve performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience managing planning activities across multiple markets, regions, or business units.
- Proven track record in inventory optimization, replenishment execution, and supply risk management.
- Experience leading planning teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- FMCG, consumer goods, beverage, retail, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
