Co-Packing & Product Lifecycle Planning

  • Develop and manage co-packing plans in partnership with Marketing, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners.
  • Ensure timely procurement of packaging materials and dry goods to support execution requirements.
  • Monitor co-packing activities and adjust plans in response to business needs.
  • Lead product phase-in/phase-out (PIPO) planning to minimise excess and obsolete inventory exposure.
