As a Senior Retail Marketing and CRM Executive at Kens Apothecary, you will work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of effective retail marketing and CRM strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Marketing
- Assist in the planning and implementation of 360 marketing activations and strategies for Kens Apothecary's retail channels, including in-store and online promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Support the development and execution of POSM strategies and activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing budgets for initiatives and partnerships to support Kens Apothecary's retail objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including merchandising, operations, brands, and sales, to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Analyze sales data and consumer insights to help develop marketing strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Help develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and identify opportunities for Kens Apothecary to innovate and differentiate in the market.
CRM
- Assist in leading the development and execution of Kens Apothecary's loyalty program, including acquisition and retention strategies.
- Planning and execution of consumer events across all Kens Apothecary stores, leveraging CRM data to implement relevant events.
- Help implement client loyalty, client treatment, client acquisition, client upgrade, and in-boutique animations, and measure performance results according to the company's plan.
- Assist in managing the customer database, ensuring that customer data is accurate, up-to-date and segmented properly for targeted marketing.
- Assist in analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Plan and develop targeted marketing communication strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Assist in creating personalized messaging and developing loyalty programs.
- Help measure the performance of marketing campaigns and use data to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in retail marketing, customer relationship management, or a related field. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Understanding of retail marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
- CRM knowledge is good to have but no necessary.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, content creation.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing campaign performance. Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics is good to have.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey marketing ideas and strategies to stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
