Job Purpose
Senior Rewards Specialist role is to support the design, implementation, and optimization of total rewards programs. This role will play a key part in rolling out a new salary structure, enhancing compensation frameworks, and strengthening sales incentive plans to align with business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation of a new salary structure, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Review, design, and enhance total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and incentives.
- Provide expert guidance on senior compensation and rewards strategies.
- Design and refine Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) to drive performance and business growth.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align rewards strategies with organizational goals.
- Support communication and change management efforts related to compensation changes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting on compensation trends and effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent.
- Experience working in multinational or complex organizations.
- Proven experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, ideally in a consulting or senior specialist role.
- Strong track record in implementing salary structures and job grading frameworks.
- Experience designing and managing sales incentive plans.
- Deep understanding of senior-level compensation and rewards programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or compensation tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
