As a Guru You Will Be Accountable For

  • Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of PropertyGuru's enterprise risk management strategy, policies, procedures and systems.
  • Champion a riskaware culture and partner with business units to implement effective risk controls.
  • Maintain the enterprise risk register, including partnering with different functions and business units to identify, assess and mitigate key risks.
  • Prepare and present risk updates, mitigation plans, and key insights to senior management and the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee.
  • Build and strengthen the business continuity management and third-party risk management frameworks and drive company-wide implementation.
  • Lead investigations relating to risk matters, manage the incident reporting process and facilitate post-incident reviews.
  • Act as trusted advisor to the business on risk-based decision making, supporting risk assessments for key initiatives, projects and changes impacting the business.
  • Develop the annual internal audit plan, oversee the external audit vendor's work, report findings and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Develop and deliver employee training on risk management.
  • Contribute to internal policy development and control frameworks.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Experienced in risk management, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, able to identify and address compliance and risk issues effectively.
  • Wellversed in risk management, internal controls, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from design through to implementation.
  • Highly organised with strong planning and execution discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interest in and aptitude for understanding technology and digital platforms.
  • Experienced in developing and delivering risk training and promoting a strong, practical risk and compliance culture.
