Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Risk Operations Specialist to join our Risk Management team. This role is responsible for monitoring trading activities, assessing operational and market risks, conducting investigations, and supporting risk mitigation initiatives across the business.

The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluate client, operational, and market-related risk exposures.
  • Monitor and investigate abnormal account activities, transactions, and trading behaviors.
  • Review and audit deposit, withdrawal, and account-related activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and risk policies.
  • Prepare risk reports, management dashboards, and data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and recommend risk mitigation measures.
  • Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve risk-related issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Risk Operations, Trading Operations, Financial Services, Fintech, Brokerage, Banking, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify risk patterns.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong investigative and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working Location:

KL Eco City (Direct access via LRT Abdullah Hukum)

Working Arrangement:

  • Training Period: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Post-Training: 24/7 rotating shift schedule (5 working days per week)
  • Competitive shift allowance and performance-based incentives provided.
