The Senior ROC Performance Engineer is accountable for regional operational performance, energy efficiency, and APCS effectiveness across Air Separation Units (ASUs) of RSP region being operated by the ROC. This role provides technical, strategic, and people leadership to ensure plants operate safely, reliably, and efficiently, leveraging Advanced Process Control Systems (APCS), automation, and data-driven performance optimization. The role acts as the regional technical authority and escalation point for complex ASU performance and control issues.

Making an impact. What will you do
- In this role, you will drive regional ASU performance, optimising efficiency, reliability, and energy outcomes across multiple sites.
- You will lead key performance initiatives, translating insights into measurable improvements and tangible business impact
- Ownership of APCS and automation efforts, leveraging digital tools to enhance operational performance
- You will act as a technical expert, resolving complex challenges and delivering effective optimisation solutions
- Championing safety and reliability, ensuring strong compliance and proactive risk management
- You will collaborate across teams and regions, influencing stakeholders to implement best practice
- Embedding a data-driven approach, enabling smarter decisions and continuous improvement
- You will develop and empower teams, strengthening capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, Process, or Process Control Engineering
- 10–12 years experience in ASU operations, process engineering, APCS, or performance roles
- You have proven experience leading regional or multi-site performance and APCS programs
- Experience in industrial gases / large continuous process plants strongly preferred
