Let's Talk About the Role

Department: Commercial RTM & Commercial Capability

Reports to: Route-to-Market Strategy Manager

What You'll Do

  • Support development and optimization of Route-to-Market strategies for general trade and modern trade across Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei
  • Lead analysis of channel, segment, and outlet performance to identify growth opportunities and improve route-to-market (RTM) efficiency
  • Evaluate and improve customer servicing models, frontline sales structures, routes, and routines to boost productivity and execution in market.
  • Drive concept development, project management, and performance tracking of exploratory pilot projects from design through rollout and change management ensuring smooth implementation and long-term sustainability.
  • Develop automated dashboards and scorecards to track key growth metrics and guide commercial decisions.
  • Manage external data partners and ensure data accuracy, timely insights, and strategic relevance.
  • Leverage technology and data-driven tools to enhance RTM processes, sales routines, and overall operational effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives and growth plans.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Route To Market, Digital Transformation, Distributor Management or Sales, preferably with an FMCG background
  • At least 2-3 yrs experience in the related field.
  • Expertise in process mapping and redesign, particularly in sales and distribution channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on operational metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, complex tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with theability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners (e.g., distributors).
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the maturity to engage internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Able to lead operational change, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
