Our client's project is a well-established brand in the Information Technology industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere) position. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

Job Type: Contract Position

Contract duration: 6 months (extendable contract)

Head Count: 2

Competencies and Skills

A bachelor's degree or Diploma in a technical field preferably with some experience in programming or digital-related module

Strategy and Planning

Work with business unit stakeholders to map out current processes and assess their suitability for automation

Develop strategies to build a digital culture within the bank

Business Performance and Management

Develop RPA workflows, deploy Bots and ensure smooth operations

Learn and apply agile project management methodology

Conduct problem analysis and root cause investigation of RPA Bots when there are errors

Key Responsibilities

Technical/Functional skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. Knowing Python is advantageous but not necessary

Familiar with RPA solutions, Automation Anywhere (AA) version A360

Meticulous and detailed in documenting business requirements and workflows

Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])

Demonstrate interests in learning about technology and their applications for banking operations

Experienced in or prepared to manage and communicate with external and internal stakeholders

A keen interest in technology and how to apply it in business processes

Good problem-solving skills and pro-active in proposing constructive alternatives

Willingness to explore, share and communicate new ideas with the RPA team
