The Senior Finance Program/Project Manager leads complex, cross functional Finance transformation initiatives that modernize Finance processes, systems, and ways of working. This role is accountable for driving end to end program delivery and for process driven initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, scalability and adoption.

The ideal candidate brings strong program and project management discipline, a transformation mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with Finance leadership, IT, and functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a highly complex environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Lead strategic Finance transformation programs and end to end project delivery from definition through execution, adoption and value realization.

•  Strong understanding of end to end finance processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) and Financial Planning & Analysis.

•  Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope, success metrics, timelines, resourcing and governance.

•  Drive process centric project execution, ensuring impacts to upstream/downstream finance processes are clearly understood.

•  Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor and de risk multi phase initiatives. 

•  Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.

•  Ensure alignment of project outcomes with finance process standards, controls and business objectives.

•  Establish and monitor KPIs to track delivery progress, process performance and business impact. 

•  Coordinate cross functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability. 

•  Drive change management activities, including communication, training, UAT coordination, and operational readiness. 

•  Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead enterprise solution architecture across SAP, Ariba, Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, Payments, Agentic Automation, and Agentic platforms.

* Design scalable, secure, API-first solutions aligned with Finance and enterprise architecture standards.

* Drive Finance transformation initiatives through process standardization, operational excellence, automation, and AI adoption.

* Architect intelligent automation solutions leveraging UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Maestro, Integration Service, Apps, Agent Builder, Document Understanding, and Process Mining capabilities.

* Evaluate the Source-to-Pay lifecycle to identify opportunities for automation, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent workflow orchestration.

* Design end-to-end business capability architectures integrating SAP, Ariba, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and enterprise LLM platforms.

* Define architecture patterns for API-led, event-driven, microservices-based, cloud-native business solutions.

* Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, integration standards, reference architectures, and governance models.

* Lead solution reviews, architecture governance, technical assessments, and platform roadmap discussions.

* Partner with enterprise architects, IT organizations, and implementation partners to define future-state Finance technology architecture.

* Drive business case development, feasibility analysis, value realization planning, and measurable business outcomes.

* Design enterprise integration patterns utilizing APIs, event-driven architecture, and hybrid cloud integration approaches.

* Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership on automation, AI, digital transformation, and technology investment decisions.

* Translate complex technology concepts into executive-ready recommendations and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance Systems, Shared Services, or Finance Transformation.

* Strong understanding of Finance business processes including Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, Payments, Controls, and Shared Services operations.

* Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ERP ecosystems, and Finance technology platforms.

* Experience designing scalable end-to-end enterprise and solution architectures.

* Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.

Technical Expertise

* SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ERP integration architecture, and Finance technology ecosystems.

* UiPath Platform including Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Maestro, Integration Service, Apps, Agent Builder, Process Mining, and Document Understanding.

* Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.

* Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and LLM adoption.

* LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, and modern agent orchestration technologies.

* Experience applying Generative AI and LLMs to Finance and business process transformation scenarios.

* Python, Java, SQL, REST APIs, and enterprise integration technologies.

* Snowflake, enterprise data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI-enabled data solutions.

* API Management, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Design.

* Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

* Familiarity with Agent-to-Agent (A2A), Model Context Protocol (MCP), MLOps, LLMOps, and AI governance practices.
