Job Description

As an Account Executive at Xamble, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with key clients and ensuring the seamless execution of influencer and digital marketing campaigns. This role acts as the main point of coordination between clients and internal teams, translating client briefs into actionable strategies, overseeing deliverables, and maintaining campaign profitability (P&L). The role also involves cross-collaboration with Xambles group-affiliated companies to support upselling opportunities and drive client retention and is critical in delivering client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term business value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high levels of satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer and digital campaign execution by collaborating with internal departments to ensure deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable campaign strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to align execution with client objectives.
  • Prepare proposals with defined deliverables, costings, and ROI forecasts while ensuring each campaign is scoped profitably with P&L accountability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Xambles group-affiliated companies to identify and support upselling opportunities such as Live Commerce, affiliate marketing, and social media management.
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance, identify issues (e.g. delays, tracking gaps), and resolve them proactively to minimize disruption.
  • Support the preparation of post-campaign reports, quarterly business reviews, and data insights to strengthen client relationships and drive renewal opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Min 3 years of sales/account management experience in any industry (media/advertising industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client revenue through effective account management.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) and familiarity with live commerce, influencer marketing, and digital campaign workflows.
  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, time management abilities and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial sales targets.

Added Bonus:

  • Experience working in an influencer marketing agency, media company, digital agency, or e-commerce platform.
  • Familiarity with campaign lifecycle management: from briefing, execution, tracking, to reporting
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, talent ecosystems, and KOL/creator collaboration workflows
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin.
