An established home products manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Senior Manager to lead the sales and marketing initiatives.

As a Sales and Marketing Senior Manager , you will play a critical role in:

• Responsible for driving sales growth and hunt export sales within Southeast Asia countries.
• Fostering existing and potential client relationships.
• Implementing strategic marketing plans to meet and exceed company objectives.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience 5 - 7 years above in sales and marketing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of market analysis and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Mandarin Speaker is preferred.
