Job Description

Our Client:

We are partnering with a Malaysia based company that specializes in manufacturing of HVAC solutions. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Senior Sales Application Engineer as part of their strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within the HVAC and M&E market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Promote the company's HVAC products and solutions to customers across various industries.
  • Visit customers regularly to identify project opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical recommendations.
  • Support customers with product selection and application advice.
  • Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and project opportunities to secure orders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market activities, competitor movements, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in product presentations, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, M&E, HVAC, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, building services, or related industries.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.
  • Willing to cover Klang Valley and travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia when required.
