Our Client:
We are partnering with a Malaysia based company that specializes in manufacturing of HVAC solutions. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Senior Sales Application Engineer as part of their strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within the HVAC and M&E market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users.
- Promote the company's HVAC products and solutions to customers across various industries.
- Visit customers regularly to identify project opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical recommendations.
- Support customers with product selection and application advice.
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and project opportunities to secure orders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market activities, competitor movements, and customer feedback.
- Participate in product presentations, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, M&E, HVAC, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, building services, or related industries.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.
- Willing to cover Klang Valley and travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia when required.
