Job Description

Job Description:

  • Acquire New Sellers: Source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.
  • Maintain & Develop Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Support Sellers: Assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage Payments: Oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor ADO: Track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Industry Trend Analysis: Study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Experienced in Sales or Key Account Management positions
  • Able to communicate in Chinese
  • Experience in logistics, delivery, or ecommerce is a must
  • Able to work in a fast-paced or performance-driven environment is a must
  • Good attitude and being optimistic
