Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for a Senior Sales Consulting Engineer at XTS TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to support the sales process, including analyzing client needs, preparing tailored solutions, and delivering presentations to demonstrate product functionality and value. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, build strong relationships with customers, and offer technical support as needed to ensure optimal client satisfaction. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the ongoing improvement of products and services.

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building long-lasting client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the industrial automation or machinery industry is an added advantage
