Senior Sales Consulting Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consulting Executive specializing in Factory Automation, based in Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, creating tailored solutions, and driving sales within the factory automation industry. Other tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and continuous communication. You will also contribute to identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and consulting expertise, strong negotiation, and account management skills
• Technical knowledge in factory automation, industrial solutions, or engineering systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research, proposal writing, and strategy development
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to provide innovative, client-focused solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the factory automation or manufacturing sector is a plus
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
