Core Job Responsibility
Promote and sell products, solutions and services to customers for in the Data Centre and Semiconductor industries. Meet the yearly sales target and objectives. To grow and develop businesses in the Data Centre and Semiconductor industries. Maintain existing customer within the Data Centre and Semiconductor industries and explore new customers and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Make sales call - make enquiries, appointment, follow up on quotation and project proposal.
- Respond to customer request technical or/and commercial.
- Execute action plan according to agreed and defined account development plan.
- Provide product presentation to customer.
- Follow-up on payment from customer.
- Close Sales.
- Scout and seek for project opportunity in the related industry.
- Collaborate and liaise with E+H internal group function on technical, pricing and strategies.
- Work together with the Proposal team or Internal Sales on tender or quotation preparation and submission, technical clarification and negotiation with factory when necessary.
- Prepare budgetary quotation, prepare sales reporting budget, forecast, visit reports.
- To perform site-visit together with contractor.
- Conduct Internal Kick-off meeting for projects.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant.
- 3 to 5 years&apos sales experience in automation and instrumentation or relevant working experience is an added advantage.
- Preferably experienced in technical sales related to instrumentation.
- Good knowledge on related Industry.
- Good understanding of market development and customer.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa.
- Good Customer Relation Management (CRM).
- Presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills and commercial minded.
- People and management skills.
- Time management skills.
- Willingness to travel.
