Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include conducting technical presentations, providing support and consultations, preparing cost estimates, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The role requires close coordination with team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong technical background to support industrial applications
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building client relationships
- Effective Communication skills, including presenting technical solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in providing Technical Support to assist customers with product specifications and troubleshooting
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the industrial supplies sector or similar industries is advantageous
