  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
  • Explore and capture emerging opportunities within the HVAC/chiller systems market.
  • Promote products and solutions through client visits, stakeholder engagement, and participation in industry events and exhibitions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to secure project specifications and drive sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, and purchase order finalization.
  • Manage the full tender process, including specification reviews, submissions, clarifications, and price negotiations.
  • Analyze market trends and support product and marketing teams with insights to guide strategy.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies in alignment with management.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and progress updates.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings and performance reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in chiller and/or HVAC systems
  • Strong business development skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Presentable, outgoing, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
