Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
Explore and capture emerging opportunities within the HVAC/chiller systems market.
Promote products and solutions through client visits, stakeholder engagement, and participation in industry events and exhibitions.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to clients and project stakeholders.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to secure project specifications and drive sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, and purchase order finalization.
Manage the full tender process, including specification reviews, submissions, clarifications, and price negotiations.
Analyze market trends and support product and marketing teams with insights to guide strategy.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies in alignment with management.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and progress updates.
Participate in monthly sales meetings and performance reviews.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in chiller and/or HVAC systems
Strong business development skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Presentable, outgoing, and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
