Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Identifies, records and updates sales opportunities using methods that are specified by the company.
  2. Perform sales planning and sales visits using tools and resources that are provided by the company, including technical/proposal presentations and product demonstrations.
  3. Perform CRM functions and be the focal contact for clients in ensuring good customer satisfaction. This will include, but not limited to, performing market analysis and developing sales strategies.
  4. Meet or exceed all Individual and Group targets that are assigned by management as per company's Key Performance Index (KPI) list.
  5. Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethical standards and relevant state laws/regulations in all business dealings

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering i.e. Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ Computer or equivalent.
  • (3) to (5) years experience in related field with at least 2 years in an engineering support service role for oil & gas company.
  • Ability to handle responsibility and complete task within schedule.
  • Good leadership skills, able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • Knowledge in programmable systems and related products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Willing to travel when required and able to work under pressure and meet project deadline.
  • Must be proficient in English, oral and written.
  • Must have excellent technical presentation skills.
  • Must be a team player.
