Are you passionate about sales, market expansion, and the construction machinery industry We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional to join our growing team in Malaysia and help expand the presence of SANY Concrete & Road Machinery solutions across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market expansion for SANY Concrete & Road Machinery equipment in Malaysia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional product solutions and support.
- Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, customer visits, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries.
- Experience in Concrete & Road Machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong business development, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with the local market and industry landscape; candidates with strong industry networks are an advantage.
- Leadership or team management experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Malay proficiency is a plus.
