Job Description

Are you passionate about sales, market expansion, and the construction machinery industry We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional to join our growing team in Malaysia and help expand the presence of SANY Concrete & Road Machinery solutions across the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market expansion for SANY Concrete & Road Machinery equipment in Malaysia.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional product solutions and support.
  • Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, customer visits, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries.
  • Experience in Concrete & Road Machinery is highly preferred.
  • Strong business development, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with the local market and industry landscape; candidates with strong industry networks are an advantage.
  • Leadership or team management experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; Malay proficiency is a plus.

Location: Selangor Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (Willing to travel)
