Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Kelang. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving and exceeding sales targets. They will also collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create business strategies, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. In addition, the role may include preparing reports, analyzing sales metrics, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building client relationships
- Proficiency in sales strategies and market analysis to identify trends and drive business outcomes
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a senior or leadership position, is highly desirable
