Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Bukit Mertajam with some opportunities to work from home. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Regular tasks include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in the professional services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
