Job Summary

  1. Drive sales growth and customer engagement by understanding market trends, customer business plans, and providing regular market intelligence and feedback to management. Serve as the main contact point for all commercial matters.
  2. Manage RFQ, quotation, and program activities including timely submission, profitability review (EBITDA), and coordination of NPI/program transfers to ensure on-time project execution (APQP).
  3. Coordinate cross-functional communication to meet customer requirements, ensure timely responses, and support quality system implementation and audit activities.
  4. Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability by managing forecasts, monitoring actual demand vs. projections, handling commercial claims (EOL/ECN), and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop new business or opportunities through new relationships or expansion of existing accounts.
  2. Identifies market opportunities, develop an effective strategy for business growth.
  3. Key communication and contact windows to customer in all matters related to business and commercial
  4. Timely update and distribute of customer's information such as selling price, latest drawings, BOM, ECN and any other relevant documentation change.
  5. Ensure all businesses or program are profitable and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any business, engineering or equivalent related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing industry
  3. Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer projects concurrently.
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills across functions.
