Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase sales of KD Panels&apos products.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and carpenters.
  • Lead high-level product presentations and consultations, assisting clients with product specifications and tailored solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business strategies.
  • Provide technical support and expert product advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, project fulfillment, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, where applicable.

Experience:

  • Minimum 35 years in sales, with a strong track record in building materials, laminates, veneers, or interior finishing products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in the interior design, furniture, or fit-out sectors.
  • Sales Expertise: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client Network: Established relationships with designers, contractors, developers, or carpenters are a strong advantage.
  • Leadership: Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently or leading by example.
  • Mobility: Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
