The Mission

At Mediniaga Plus, we don't just sell gloves; we provide essential protection for healthcare, F&B, and industrial professionals. We are currently scaling our operations and shifting our focus toward aggressive market expansion. We are looking for a Sales Hunter—someone who is bored with desk work and thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identify & Conquer: Proactively scout for new B2B opportunities in clinics, pharmacies, dental practices, and industrial sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from the first cold call to the final invoice and recurring orders.
  • Market Strategy: Analyze competitor pricing and industry trends to position our products as the top choice.
  • Pipeline Management: Report directly to the Operations & Sales Manager with weekly updates on leads, quotes, and conversions.
What We're Looking For
  • The Hunter Mindset: You aren't afraid of cold calling or physical site visits. You see a No as just the start of a negotiation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in PPE or medical supply sales is a massive plus, but a proven track record in B2B sales is what we value most.
  • Communication: Fluent in [English/Bahasa]—you need to be able to talk to anyone, from clinic owners to procurement managers.
  • Self-Starter: You will have the autonomy to build your own territory. We provide the tools; you provide the drive.
