Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The role also includes preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, with experience in the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial property sales is a plus
