We are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Sales Executive to lead the growth of our excavator business in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share in Malaysia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key industry partners.
- Provide professional product solutions and support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer events to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular market and sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries.
- Experience in excavator sales is highly preferred.
- Strong business development, customer management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with the Malaysian market; existing industry network and resources are an advantage.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Malay language proficiency is a plus.
