About the role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join Gabungan AQRS Berhad in Gambang, Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our residential property portfolio. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing high-value property transactions, and building long-term relationships with clients in the competitive residential real estate market. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business whilst establishing yourself as a key player within our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close residential property sales opportunities to exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, sellers and referral partners in the local property market
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and investment potential to clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and clients
- Prepare and present comprehensive market analysis and property valuations to support sales activities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial client contact through to completion and post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing, legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes within the residential property sector
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property details and transaction documentation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property sales or a related sales role within the real estate industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Experience in selling township project in Kuantan (link houses and shop lots)
- Familiarity with Kuantan property market and buyer segment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team whilst maintaining high professional standards
- Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
