About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join Gabungan AQRS Berhad in Gambang, Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our residential property portfolio. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing high-value property transactions, and building long-term relationships with clients in the competitive residential real estate market. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business whilst establishing yourself as a key player within our sales team.

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify, pursue and close residential property sales opportunities to exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, sellers and referral partners in the local property market
  3. Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and investment potential to clients
  4. Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and clients
  5. Prepare and present comprehensive market analysis and property valuations to support sales activities
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial client contact through to completion and post-sale follow-up
  7. Collaborate with marketing, legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
  8. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes within the residential property sector
  9. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property details and transaction documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property sales or a related sales role within the real estate industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  3. Experience in selling township project in Kuantan (link houses and shop lots)
  4. Familiarity with Kuantan property market and buyer segment.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team whilst maintaining high professional standards
  7. Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
